CCCoffers a well-rounded 3’s program that focuses on all areas of development; social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual. Students participate in music and movement, chapel, circle time, math and science centers, sensory table, show and tell, outdoor exploration, and imaginary play. Qualified, experienced teachers provide engaging lessons designed to enhance early literacy, gross and fine motor skills, math concepts, and language development.

Hours are from 9:00 to 1:30 p.m. (Exceptional hours are set for 3-day VPK class.) Pickup time is 1:30 p.m., with late pickup charges incurred at 1:35 p.m.

Early Bird Drop Off is at 8:00 a.m. with reservations required.

"Stay and Play" is offered from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. This program is for fully potty-trained 3-5 year olds. Reservations are required.

Meredy Mackiewicz is a 3’s Teacher at Christian Child Center. Meredy was born near Detroit, but grew up in Longwood. She attended the University of North Florida and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in School Counseling. Meredy met her husband, Kevin, at UNF. After graduation, Meredy taught Kindergarten and First grade in Jacksonville, before starting a family and staying home to raise her two sweet daughters. The family relocated to Longwood and enrolled their youngest daughter in CCC. Meredy fell in love with the school and thought it would be the perfect place to get back in the game! She loves spending time with her favorite people having outdoor adventures, going to Disney, and working on projects. Meredy is excited to be a part of the CCC family and share in the lives of its precious students.

Melissa Pressimone is a 3's Teacher at Christian Child Center. She was born in Rochester, NY and grew up in Fairport, a small town along the Erie Canal. She married her high school sweetheart Glenn, and they live in Sweetwater with their three children, Bryce, Brooke, and Brynn. All keep them incredibly busy with extracurricular activities, but whenever possible they try and relax by appreciating nature and the outdoors.

Melissa has a Masters Degree in School Counseling, is a Certified Infant/Toddler Developmental Specialist, and has her License in Mental Health. Prior to working at Christian Child Center, she worked for twelve years providing counseling and behavior support services to families with children that have special needs. However, she has made the conscious decision to take a break from her therapy practice and focus on early childhood development. She loves working with children and is thankful to have the opportunity to continue to make a difference.

Lizzie Bacchus is a 3's Assistant and a 2's Assistant at Christian Child Center. She is originally from Florida, and has recently returned to the area after living in Virginia during her husband's service in the navy. Lizzie and her husband, Ramon, are high school sweethearts. They welcomed a new addition to their family this year, their first child, a darling daughter! Lizzie's aunt has worked at CCC for over 13 years, and Lizzie's mother is a former CCC staff member, so she knows first-hand how wonderful and amazing CCC is. Lizzie enjoys teaching and connecting with CCC's remarkable students and families.

Brandy Chobot is a 3’s Assistant at Christian Child Center. Brandy is a lifelong resident of the Longwood area, and she and her husband, Joey, are now raising their own family here. She is a proud mom of two; a daughter who is a fourth-grader at Wekiva Elementary, and a son who attends VPK at CCC. Brandy is a dedicated and active member of the local school community. She volunteers regularly at Wekiva Elementary, where she also serves on the PTA Board and works as a substitute teacher. Brandy has a passion for education, community involvement, and supporting children's growth. She is delighted to be a part of CCC's Three's program.

Kelsey Casola is a 3’s Assistant at Christian Child Center. Originally from California, Kelsey grew up in Longwood. She attended University of Central Florida and graduated with a BS degree in Hospitality Management. She worked in the Hotel Industry for over 10 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom, raising her daughter and two sons. All 3 have attended CCC. Kelsey is happy to be at CCC, helping our Three's students build a solid foundation for early learning.

Jessica Chapman is a Three’s Assistants at Christian Child Center. Jessie was born in Minnesota but moved to Florida in 1985 and has been in the Lake Mary/ Longwood area for the last 40 years. She attended the University of Central Florida and majored in communicative disorders with a background in early childhood. Jessie lives in Longwood with her husband Trey and three children.
In 2009, after many years as a teacher and working her way up to the director of a preschool in Lake Mary, she stayed home after her daughter was born. After her two youngest graduated from Christian Child Center, Jessie felt it was time to get back into the preschool setting. She is excited to be a part of the CCC family and give new families the chance to experience the love, support, and nurturing environment like she did when her children went to CCC.
